Guidelines & disclaimers 

• The price: € 75 + shipping costs 
• By registering you declare to be of legal minimum age for the purchase and consumption of alcohol. 
• If there are more registrations than available boxes, we will make a selection, this will not be based on the time of registration. 
• Additional costs will be charged for the delivery, delivery costs are attached for the countries for which shipping is possible, this is informative, final costs will be communicated later at the check out webshop. 
• The organizer reserves the right to prematurely end, advance or cancel the sale. 
• The organizer reserves the right to cancel purchases for any unspecified reason and provide a refund. 
• If the bottles should break due to shipment, a file will be opened with the shipping company (DPD / DHL), given the small production it may be that the bottle is no longer in stock, in which case your purchase will be refunded. 
• If you choose to ship via Etre-Gourmet, we will not longer be responsible for shipping, we are no longer liable for breakages or lost packages. 
• After registration you will receive a confirmation email, which confirms that you are registered. The selected will receive an email to complete and pay for their order (this via a webshop principle, we opt for this to be able to ship the orders as quickly as possible). If there are more registrations as boxes, the unselected persons will also receive an email. Note the selection can be done in different waves. Everyone will therefore receive an email from us. 
• Please give us time to process orders and paperwork before contacting us. 
• In case of problems, please only e-mail to support@bofkontbeer.com and not via other communication channels. 
• If the Covid-19 makes it impossible to send packages, we will store them temporarily and ship them as soon as possible.
